My three words to describe paul are smart, sensitive, uninportant. He is smart beacause in the book he doesnt need a helper and he can express his feelings. He is sensitive because in the book when his mom signed him up for IEP when he can see fine with his glasses that are as thick as a coke glass. He is uninportant because in the book his dad is all about the football team and his mom doesnt really talk about Pual.

Three things that describe Paul are: 1 Talented because in the book it says that Paul is great at soccer and was better than the rest of the team. 2 Sensitive because when he got kicked off the soccer team because of the IEP, he was crying and when all his dad talks sbout is the Eric Fisher football dream, he gets upset. 3 Challenged because he has lots of obsticals like being visually impaired and being kicked off the soccer team.

Paul is very talented at soccer,dosen't want to have the Eric football dream happen and smart. Paul is very good at soccer because he blocked every goal. He hates his brother because he wants to be inportant in his family too. He is smart beacuse he can acully see by himself and without an IEP with him.

ReplyDeleteAnother thing about Paul is that he and his brother Erick don't have a good relationship.For example, Erick once tried to kill Paul when he was riding his bike and I also think that Erick had something to do with him becoming nearly blind. One more thing that describes Paul is that he is a good person unlike his brother Erick. Like when he helped rescue his classmates from a sinkhole inthe school!He also he helped Joey out when Mike was killed.

3 words that I would use to describe Paul are 1 talented, because he is the best player on the entier soccer team and he is also the best goalkeeper. 2 emotianal because when he got kicked off the soccer team he started to cry in front of everyone and also Paul gets upset when all everyone ever talkes about is the erik fisher fooball dream. The last word I chose to describe Paul as is brave. I would describe Paul as brave because when the sinkhole started he went in and helped the people who were trapped inside the portables and could have died in their or seriously injured and because he risked his own life to save some one elses life hwo would have died if no one had done any

Paul has comon sense because he knows that Eric had something to do with the zombie in Texas and he knew Eric tried to get Mike dead.
Paul is a exelent soccer player because he stopped every ball at the soccer tryouts and he was amazing in Texas too.
Paul hates the "Eric Fisher football dream" because he knew Eric had something to do with Mike's death. He hates Eric also cause he gets all of the attention.

I think Paul is furious because his Mom told the principal that he is legally blind, when he can see just fine with his super thick glasses. Also I think that Paul is furious because his Mom filled out an IEP form, and since she said that he is legally blind when he went to soccer tryouts, the coach can't get insurances so he can't play on the soccer team.
I think that Paul is gifted at soccer because he as watching this big kid named Gino drill it into the top left corner of the goal. The Gino asked him if wanted to be the goalie and Paul said yes, so he hoped in the goal and when Gino was about to shoot Paul jumped up to the same place that Gino had been kicking it before and there was a shape pain of the ball rebounding off his wrist and back in play on the field.
I think Paul is courageous because when he and Joey were walking outside at exactly the same time a sink hole appeared right under portable 19, and he ran to the edge of the sink hole and help pull people out of portable 19. When everybody was out of portable 19, Gino came up to him and said you did good out there Mars, and wiped off his glasses with a towel.

Three words I'd use to describe Paul are ignored, uninportant, and smart. He doesn't have a place in the "Eric Fisher football dream", so it doesn't seem like he's very well known. He was also kicked off the soccer team, so being a goalie is off the list for him. That really stinks because that was his only chance to be well known so far.

Another example that Paul is smart because he knew that P19 still had people in i when the sinkhole happened. Paul is sensitive because when he got kicked of the soccer team and started to cry. He is uninportant because he isn't on the the Erik Fisher football dream team and the soccer team and his dad didn't even care if Paul was on the team or not.

ReplyDeleteI think that he is athletic because he plays soccer and he is a star player. He even switched middle schools just to play it. I also think that he feels mad alot because his older brother gets all of their dad's attention because of the Erik Fischer football dream. Finnally, I think that he is good at making friends because he moved there not too long ago, and he already has a close friend, and a couple of other friends.

One word that describes Paul is sensitive because is really emotional. Also because he cried on the field when he got kicked of the soccer team. Another word that describes him is mad because he is furious about the IEP. Another reason why is because Mom destoryed his reputation in the middle school. My last word is nice because he never did anything wrong. Also he supported Joey when Mike Died. Those are the three words that describe Paul.

Three words that describe Paul are unimportant, nice, and sensitive. He is unimportant because his family members don’t care about his feelings. Paul is nice but sensitive because when Mike died Paul comforted Joey with some nice words but when Paul’s mom filled the IEP and he got kicked off the soccer team he cried.

He is unsupported because his parents don't really trust him. For example, the time where he thought that Eric came out of the silver car swinging at him with a metal bat and he told his parents. They didn't belive him. His mom also filled out an IEP because she didn't think he can see. I think he is sensitive because when his coach told him he couldn't play he started crying. Another time he was sensitive was on his first day with an IEP guide. He told her he didn't need an IEP guide. These examples show that Paul is athletic, unsupported, and sensitive. Andy

The three words that best describe paul are talented, brave, and unimportant. I chose talented because he is a very good goalie for Tangerine middle even though he isn't a starter. I chose brave because when the sinkhole formed he helped get his math class out of P.19 which was right in the middle of it. ReplyDeleteI would call Paul these three words. Nerd, Jealous, and Interesting. I chose Nerd because he has goggles thick as they could ever be and because Joey called him a geek. I chose interesting because he is very different from everyone else in the book. And I chose Jealous because his brother Erik is always getting all the attention from thier parents. And he is always sad at his dad for doing that to him.

ReplyDeleteThree words that would describe Paul would be courageous, outgoing, and athletic. Paul is courageous because he saved his math class from the sink whole by helping them out of the door instead of running. Another reason he is courageos is because he spoke up to his mom about not wanting to have an IEP. The reasons Paul is outgoing is because he met friends on his soccer team easily and he also broke the ice with the girl who was leading him aroung at Tangering middle school. I also think that Paul is athletic because he was an on the buss goal tender before his coach kicked him off the team and he trys to get into soccer whenever he can. For example, he asked everyone where the soccer tryouts were and then came into the team in the middle of a scrimage. This is why I would describe Paul as corageous, outgoing, and athletic.

My three choices are super because he is a super goalie in soccer, upset easily because he was kicked off the soccer team and got upset and because he got mad at his mom for making him get that IEP, and lastly hidden because he doesn't have many friends and he kind of doesn't get talked to by any body else but joey, his mom, his dad, and some other people -Bella
ReplyDeleteOne of my thoughts about Paul is that he is brave because he can stand up to Eric who is a bully. Second, Paul is smart because he finds ways out of things like when Eric and his friend corners him. The last thing that I think about Paul is that he is also a wise guy questioning his dad.
